NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

SCENIC HARBOUR ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

We are so excited to see everyone join us at the annual meeting this year on June 4th. Our new

management team will be there to say hello and give us an update on the transition process for our

HOA. You should have received via email and mail information on the ballot submission, proxy

submission and the meeting and will receive a calendar invite (for those with email contact information

on file) with the Zoom link for those not able to attend in person.

Please join us in electing new board members and discussing the latest updates on our community.

Ballot Form Submission

Ballot forms should be submitted ahead of time if you are unable to attend the meeting. CLICK

HERE to submit your ballot. If you attend the meeting in person, you will have the opportunity

to vote on the floor. Please note that any additional candidates who express their desire to run on

the floor may NOT be listed on the ballot form depending on when they submitted.

Proxy Form Submission

We hope to see you present at the meeting however we understand you may not be able to do so.

If you are not able to attend in person or the zoom meeting, we ask that all property owners

complete a proxy form to elect a fellow SHEPOA resident to vote on your behalf. CLICK HERE
