This web site has been created for the home and property owners of Scenic Harbour Estates, a restricted subdivision located adjacent to Medina Lake (Elm’s Cove) in Bandera County, Texas. A unique feature of the subdivision is that all property owners have an area located on one of four earthen piers which provides direct access to Medina Lake, as well as several association-provided boat ramps.

Main gates are located off of Park Road 37, about one mile south of the intersection of FM 1283, in Bandera County, Texas, 78063. Scenic Harbour Estates is a secured and gated community. For security reasons, video recordings are made of all vehicles entering and leaving the subdivision. |
